REPORT OREGON STATE PERS#

The Report Oregon State PERS (UPORPERS) report allows you

Report Parameters
As of Date	Date, LOV Available This is the date from which the information will be collected.
Sort Option	Optional, LOV Available This field indicates how the position information will be sorted. Person Code, Last Name/First Name, Destin/Last/First
User Comment	Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

Report Filters
Entity	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the entities listed.
Location	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the locations selected.
Auth Area	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the authorization areas selected
Department	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the departments selected.
Org Level Type	Optional, Lexicon Available This will limit the report to the organization level type selected. Note:Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels.
Org Level	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the organization levels selected.
Unit	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the units selected.
Group	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the groups selected.
Payroll	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the payrolls selected.
Job	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the jobs selected.
Position	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the positions selected.
Position Standing	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the position standings selected.
Position Type	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the position types selected.
Position Status	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the position statuses selected.
Budget Rule	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the budget rules selected.
Salary Range	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the salary ranges selected.
Wage Scale	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the wage scales selected.
