CREATE ADP QUARTERLY TAXATION FILE#

Processing Information#

The Create ADP Quarterly Taxation File (UPADPTXQ) report will allow you to create an ADP annual/quarterly taxation file. For details on setup and functionality, refer to ADP_TAXATION_INTERFACE.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
ADP Tax CompanyMandatory, LOV available
This field is used to select the ADP tax company for which information is to be collected for the report.
YearMandatory, text
This field is used to indicate the year for which information is to be collected for the report.
QuarterMandatory, LOV available
This field is used to indicate the quarter for which information is to be collected for the report.
ERP NameOptional, Text
This field is used to populate the value on the File Header Record Type 'X' in Position 160-184 (ERP Name or Payroll System Name).
Print EE W-2Optional, Toggle, Defaults to ‘Yes’.
This field is used to determine the value to put in the on the ‘E’ record in Position 256-256 (Individual Employee Print Suppression Flag). If ‘Yes’ selected, Position 256-256 will be set to ‘P’, otherwise Position 256-256 will be set to ‘N’.
Post EE W-2 OnlineOptional, Toggle, Defaults to ‘Yes’.
This field is used to determine the value to put in the on the ‘E’ record in Position 211-211 (Individual Employee Online Posting Indicator). If ‘Yes’ selected, Position 211-211 will be set to ‘Y’, otherwise Position 211-211 will be set to ‘N’.
Interface DirectoryMandatory,Text
This field indicates the directory in the system used to store the interface files generated.
File Name Mandatory, Text
This field displays the file name of the data being uploaded.
Exception LevelOptional, Exception Level lexicon available
This field defines the exception level (report messages) required.
