Top Up After Gap#

Time Rule Overview#

This rule will top up the time up to the amount specified on the value if the qualified time meets the criteria defined on band. Any gap in time will reset the calculation. The user can add different flavors to this rule by using the below helper time rules

• To Be Excluded
  • This helper time rule needs to be set up when
    • Top Up After Gap needs to apply a prevailing rate
    • and not all the time codes that it help to calculate the qualify criteria are considered prevailing rate(e.g. Travel)
  • To Be Excluded holds to this target time code set the time codes that should not be considered prevailing rate
  • Prevailing rate means that when we create the top up record we use the time code and premiums from the last record (excepting the one that needs to be excluded)

• Cleared Top Up
  • If this helper time rule has been defined, the top up record may carry over from the last record of the period only the prevailing rate, and all other information will be clear out.
