PREM DAY START - Premium Day Start#
Time Rule Overview#
The purpose of the Premium Day Start time rule is to apply a premium to an entire day if the employee starts work before or after a specific time provided in the To and From columns. The time rule will take into consideration the day of the week, or if this is null, it will be applied on all days.
If the premium defined in the time rule is:
- Fixed, the premium will be applied only to the first shift record
- Variable, the premium will be attached to all the records in a shift
Requirements / Features#
- The Value field will no longer be used to hold the day of the week, instead the day of the week has been turned into a column labeled DAY. The Prem Day Start time rule has been updated to handle this new feature. If no day has been specified, the time rule will be applied on all days.
- Time Rule Type Code: PREM DAY START
