PNTLY FIX INTRVL - Penalty Fix Interval Time Rule Overview This is a time rule helper for MEAL PENALTY. The purpose of this time rule is to indicate how the Meal Penalty will apply. If it is defined, the Meal Penalty will be applied at a fixed interval and will not reset the counter when the meal is found. In other words, the Meal Penalty will be applied at a fixed interval if the meal was not taken within that interval.
