!!Time Rule Overview
This time rule will identify if an employee who works in a new job, that is at a higher rate than the old job, is eligible for an Out of Class premium.  This rule will be invoked in the following conditions:

* The employee works in a new job for at least the minimum hours defined in the Band
* The lowest step of the new job must be at a greater rate of pay than the old job's lowest scale.  
* The new job wage step is found and is greater than the employee's old job's wage step, after the threshold, defined in the Value is met. 

* The assignment reference Scale/Step is the one defined at the level of assignment ([IEAS] - Compensation tab) and not the one defined on the assignment's job.

* Frequency predefined as Every Day


If the [Scale Overridden|SCALE_OVERRIDDEN] is set to ON, the rule will not be applied.
