!!Time Rule Overview
An employee who works in a job that is determined to be a higher rate will be eligible for an out of class premium in the following conditions:
*The employee works in a new job for at least the minimum hours indicated in the band
*The lowest step of the new Job must be at a greater rate of pay than their assignment's job lowest scale.  
*The new job wage step is found and is greater than the employee's assignment's job current wage step with minimum amount defined in the value.

The assignment reference Scale/Step is the one defined at the level of assignment ([IEAS] Compensation tab) and not the one defined on the assignment's job.

If the [Scale Overridden|SCALE_OVERRIDDEN] is checked, the rule will not be applied.

The time rule should be set up in [IDWR] as shown below. See [Time Rule Improvements|TIME_RULE_IMPROVEMENTS] for additional information regarding [IDWR].
