OT WEEKLY - Weekly Overtime #

Time Rule Overview#

With this time rule, overtime may be granted when the hours per week exceed the specified amount defined in the band.

Requirements / Features #

• This rule has been modified to look at the new time code sets when specified. If no set is defined, it will target all Work Rule time codes that have the WEEKLY OT ELIGIBLE checked
• Time Rule Type Code: OT WEEKLY

Band

• minimum number of hours to qualify for OT Weekly
• The assignment hours per week may be used as the minimum number of qualifying hours, to do this the band must be defined with -1.

Frequency

• predefined as ‘Every Week’

Implementation#

The time rule should be set up in IDWR as shown below. See Time Rule Improvements for additional information regarding IDWR.
