OT NTH WRK DAY#
Time Rule Overview#
This time rule will ensure an employee is entitled to receive overtime for the hours they worked on the nth work day of the week, these hours must be above the qualified hours limit.
Additional Info#
Band
- multiple are allowed - minimum hours worked to qualify
Value
- nth worked day of the week
Frequency
- predefined as ‘Every Day’
The first day of the week is determined in the override order below:
- By the first day of the week defined in the work rule
- By "WK START OFF DAY" time rule if it is defined
- By Shift Pattern / Work Calendar start day if the time rule's day has the "Week Start Date" value
Once the start of the week is determined, the system will count each day to determine how many days the employee worked in the workweek until the current work date.
If the current date is nth worked day in a workweek, the system will apply the overtime for the hours that are above the amount defined in the band
- If the band is zero the system will apply the overtime for entire day
- If the band is greater than zero the system will apply the overtime for the hours that are above the value.
