OT NTH DAY#

Time Rule Overview#

This time rule will grant an employee overtime for the hours worked on the nth day of the scheduled week, that exceed the number of hours defined in the Band.

The first day of the week is determined in the order below:

  • The first day of the week, defined in the Work Rule
  • The "WK START OFF DAY" time rule, if it is defined
  • By Shift Pattern / Work Calendar start day, if the time rule's Day field has the "Week Start Date" defined

Implementation#

The time rule should be set up in IDWR as shown below.

  • If Day is not defined, then first day of the week is taken from the work rule
  • If Day is "Week Start Date", then the first day of the week is taken from Work Calendar or Shift Pattern (for team post owners) start day

  • hours over 40 hrs - OT 15
  • hours over 44 hrs - OT 20
