!!!OT FLSA - Overtime FLSA !!Time Rule Overview With this time rule, an employee will be entitled to receive overtime for the hours worked over the number of FLSA Hours (defined in [IDGR]) in FLSA calendar period (defined in [IDCL]) !!Requirements / Features *Time Rule Type Code: OT FLSA !!Additional Info [Band|QUALIFYING_BAND] *multiple bands are not supported [Frequency|FREQUENCY] *predefined as ‘Every Day’ *How it works (high level): **Frequency is daily, but the calculation that determines if the time rule will be applied or not, is based on FLSA Calendar period. **[FLSA Hours|FLSA_HOURS] ([IDGR]) will be used by the time rule to determine when the time rule will be applied **[FLSA Calendar|DCL_ID_FLSA] ([IDGR]) plus FLSA Start Time ([IDWR]) will determine when the calculation/apply of the time rule starts and ends. !!Implementation The time rule should be set up in [IDWR] as shown below.
