OT DAILY - Overtime Daily Time Rule Time Rule Overview Overtime may be granted when the hours per day exceed a specified amount (defined in the band). Requirements / Features This rule has been modified to look at the new time code sets when applied. If no set is defined it will target all Work Rule time codes that have the DAILY OT ELIGIBLE checked. Time Rule Type Code: OT DAILY The Value field will no longer be used to hold the day of the week, instead the day of the week has been turned into a column labeled DAY. The OT DAILY time rule has been updated to handle this new feature. Additional Info Band minimum number of hours worked to qualify for OT DAILY the assignment hours per day may be used as the minimum number of qualifying hours, to do this the band must be defined with a -1. Frequency predefined as ‘Every Day’ Implementation The time rule should be set up in IDWR under the Time Rules tab as indicated below.
