!!!OT CONSC NO SCH - Overtime Consecutive Non Scheduled
!!Time Rule Overview
This time rule will grant an employee a consecutive time code, defined in the Time Code field, on a consecutive day worked, defined in the Value, if an employee works the number of days before the first scheduled day, defined in the Band.

Multiple levels of overtime per day will be handled by the [OT Daily|TR_OT_DAILY] time rule which targets the consecutive time code through the Target Time Code Set. The sequence of the OT Consecutive time rule should be less then the sequence for OT Daily.

There are two variations of this rule depending on how the Band is defined:
* If the value is <= 12, an employee will qualify for the rule if they worked at least the number of hours defined in the Band, in each of the previous consecutive days, including the current day.
* Example: If there is a business need to define OT Consecutive for day 6 and day 7, the time rule will work only with the Time Codes defined (the premium variation is not suitable). The time code set for day 7 should contain the time code applied by OT consecutive for the 6th day.
* If the value is => 12, an employee will qualify for this rule if they worked at least the number of total hours defined in the Band, in the previous consecutive days. The time rule engine will apply ONLY the difference between the worked time (within the defined time frame) and the hours defined in the Band.

* This set up would be used if employees qualify for OT Consecutive if they worked for a defined number of hours throughout the week, such as 40 hours. This variation takes into consideration the time worked in the entire time frame, whereas in the previous variation, an employee must work a defined number of hours each day to qualify. This rule will apply to the consecutive time code in current day, the difference between the value defined in the band and the work time in the time frame.
* Example: If the number of hours in the current day are less then the hours to qualify, the rule will apply the time code ONLY for the hours available in the current day. For a Band defined as 20: day one is 6 hours, day two is 16 hours and day three is 4 hours, for a total of 26 hours. The rule should apply 6 hours (26-20), however, since the current day only as 4 worked hours, only 4 hours will be applied.

If different levels of OT in a day are not required, or if there are no multiple consecutive days (6, 7) the premium version of the time rule should be used, otherwise the time code version should be used.

This time code set must include Regular and the Consecutive OT Time Codes. If no time code sets are defined, the rule will target all work rule time codes that have the CONSECUTIVE OT toggle set to ON.

!!Requirements / Features
*[Hitch|TR_HITCH] time rules are used to determine the start of the week
*If different levels of OT in a day are not required, or if there are not multiple consecutive days (6, 7), the premium version of the time rule should be used, othherwise, the time code version should be used.
*Time Rule Type Code: OT CONSC NO SCH

!!Additional Info
* Frequency predefined as Every Day

!!Implementation
The time rule should be set up in [IDWR] as shown below.
||[Cycle|CYCLE_NUMBER]||[Frequency|FREQUENCY]||[Seq|SEQUENCE]||[Time Rule Type|TIME_RULE_TYPE_TEXT]||[Band|QUALIFYING_BAND]||[From|FROM_CLOCK_TIME]||[To|TO_CLOCK_TIME]||[Value|VALUE]||[Day|DAY_OF_WEEK]||[Time Code|TIME_CODE_VALUE]||[Premium|PREMIUM_CODE]||[Target Time Code Set|TARGET_TIME_CODE_SET]|| [Apply Time Code Set|APPLY_TIME_CODE_SET]||[Action|TIME_RULE_ACTION]
| |Every Day|1100| |Minimum # of days before Hitch (1st scheduled day)|No|No|# of consecutive days worked to qualify (inclusive of current day)|Allowed|Allowed [1]|Allowed|Allowed[2]|No|Add/Replace

[1] The time Code field should include the Consecutive time codes \\
[2] The Target Time Code Set should include the Regular and the Consecutive OT Time Codes. If no Time Code sets are defined, the rule will target all work rule time codes that have the CONSECUTIVE OT toggle checked.
