!!!MIN REST PRV TOP - Minimum Rest Previous Day Top Up 
!!Time Rule Overview
This time rule ensures that if an employee's next work day starts before the minimum rest hours, the current day will be topped up with the difference between the hours worked and the maximum hours to top up, defined in the Value.

*maximum hours to top up.  If null, will default to 24 hours
[Frequency|FREQUENCY] Predefined as Every Day
