MIN REST CRRY OV - Minimum Hours Rest Carry Over#
Time Rule Overview#
The purpose of the Min Rest Carry Over is to top up the time worked in a previous day (after previous min rest), up to the hours defined in the value, if the employee did not receive the number of rest hours defined in the band.
If the time code and premium are not provided, the time rule will use the prevailing rate. The time rule will take into consideration the day of the week, if this is null, the time rule will be applied on all days.
This time rule will create a time sheet entry record with no start time and end times. The value will be the hours carried over. The hours will be used to cover the "does not reset the overtime accumulation" business need.
Requirements / Features #
- The Value field will no longer be used to hold the day of the week, instead the day of the week has been turned into a column labeled DAY.
- The Min Rest Carry Over time rule has been updated to handle this new feature. If the Day column is null the time rule will be applied to all days.
