Meal #

Time Rule Overview#

The purpose of the Meal time rule is to apply an unpaid time code to meal time slots. With a frequency of ‘Never’, this rule will be applied before any other rules will kick in based on their frequencies.

This time rule will take into consideration the day of the week specified, or if this is null the time rule will be applied to all days.

An employee will be awarded given time code for hours worked with a time entry type of Meal.

Requirements / Features #

• This is only used for clients who have unpaid meal times.
• This time rule is used by the TR_MEAL_PENALTY and the TR_MIN_HRS_AFT_MEAL time rules. It can be used in conjunction with TR_MIN_MEAL_LENGTH.
