!!!DFLT EXTRA TIME - Default Extra Time Code 
!!Time Rule Overview
This time rule is used for time entries created by time rules, which will award more time.  Used in TMSS dialogs when an employee states they worked extra time.  If null, the system will use the DFLT TIME CODE.   

Example: If there is a MIN_HRS_PD band of 8 and the time entries total 7 hours, a DFLT EXTRA TIME entry of one hour will be generated.
