Daylight Rounder#

Time Rule Overview#

The purpose of this rule is to ensure that an employee who's shift crosses midnight on the day when Daylight Savings occurs, any changes to the shift that occur will always gain.

The time rule should only be responsible for topping up the shortened shift when an hour is lost (clock goes forward in spring)
