Daily Top Up#
Time Rule Overview#
The purpose of this time rule is to top up the hours, if an employee works less than the hours defined in the Day field. The system will total all of the time associated to the defined Time Code Set on a day. If the total time is less than the Day field value, the system will top up the time using the value of the Day field. This should solve rules such as MIN CALL IN TIME and CALL BACK time.
A defined From and/or To time frame can be used to qualify employees for this time rule. The defined Day of the week will be taken into consideration, or if this field is null, it will be applied to all days.

- If the From field is defined, the day's Start time should be after the From time to qualify for this rule.
- If the To field is defined, the day's Start time should be before the To time to qualify for this rule.
- If both fields are defined, the day's Start time should within this interval to qualify for this rule.
- If neither field is defined, the day's Start time is not taken into consideration for qualifying employees for this rule.
Frequency
- predefined as ‘Every Day’
