The tool bar allows you to perform a variety of tasks. Clicking the individual buttons on the bar will let you control the information presented on the screen.

SAVE

The Save button allows you to save any changes you have made to the records currently

on the screen.

UNDO

If you have added, deleted or changed any information on this screen, the Undo button

allows you to revert all the changes that you have made and set the screen back to its original information.

MENU

The Menu button allows you to control the view of the screen you are working on. If you

click the Menu button, the content area expands to the full width of your computer screen and the navigation tree will be removed from view. You can return to the original view by clicking the button a second time.

HELP

Clicking the Help button will open a ‘Help’ window. All help topics related to the open

screen will be available to view in this area. By clicking the Help button a second time, you will remove the box from view.

HOME

The Home button will take you directly back to ‘Home’, the first main screen of the

application.

EXIT

The Exit button will take you out of the application completely. If you would like to re-enter

the application after clicking this button, you will need to log back in from the opening screen.
