This preference setting controls the manner in which [Timestamp] type fields are displayed.

Valid choices are:
|MILITARY| ''Default Value'' (i.e. a 24-hour clock - 16:30)
|STANDARD| Time is displayed as an AM/PM clock - 4:30 PM)
