TIME FORMAT (System Preference)#

This preference setting controls the manner in which Timestamp type fields are displayed.

Valid choices are:

MILITARY	Default Value (i.e. a 24-hour clock - 16:30)
STANDARD	Time is displayed as an AM/PM clock - 4:30 PM)

This preference is set on IMST
