This preference setting controls the manner in which [Timestamp] type fields are displayed.

Valid choices are:
* MILITARY (i.e. a 24-hour clock - 16:30)  This is the default setting if not defined
* STANDARD (i.e. an AM/PM clock - 4:30 PM)
