TEST THE ODBC CONNECTION#

  1. Select Oracle ODBC Test from the same menu as above. Start/Programs/Oracle 8I7/Network Administrator/MS ODBC Administrator
  2. Click on the Connect button; the Select Data Source window will appear.
  3. Select your data source and enter your password. You will now be connected to the database.
  4. Enter a test query below and then select the Execute button.

If a value is returned, then the ODBC is properly configured.
