The Professional application System Messages (IMMS) are used to control the following within Self Service:
If you make any changes to messages for Self Service you must change the Usage to ‘User Defined’ if you do not want the next release to override your changes.
You may wish to add contact information or further instructions. This is done in the Professional application through the System Messages (IMMS) screen.
The message number is displayed at the beginning of the text in the information box.
Changed to: ‘Your election of <<PLAN_CODE>> with coverage <<COVERAGE_CODE>> has been submitted to administration. Contact Lynn at extension 996 if you have not received your information package in 5 business days’
