When there is a connection problem with the server instance and database, all logged in users will be sent a message and then automatically logged out. The site administrator will be sent an email notification of the problem as long as the mail domain is set up correctly in IMST and there is a valid email address defined for this preference.
The From email address will be the email address specified in the EMAIL_ADDRESS preference.
The value for this preference must be a valid email address.
