SHOW ACTION LBL (System Preferences)#

This will control the display of the toolbar, and any explanatory text beside it.

Values permitted are:

N	Default Value Display only the icon
Y	Display explanatory text as well

This preference may be defined at Site (IMST), Function (IMFN), Role(IMRO), User (IMUS) or Person level.
