SET CHANGE REASON OBJECT SECURITY#

1. Focus to function, MMDCH, ‘Date Sensitive Dialog’.
2. Add new object security record for MVRD.DCR_ID.
3. Set security access to ‘Mandatory’.
4. Set desired user or role.
5. Save.
6. Restart ePersonality application to ensure object security changes are applied.
7. Verify that the ‘Change Reason’ field in the Date Sensitive Dialog is now mandatory.
   • Open IEAS.
   • Make date-sensitive change.
   • Save to display date sensitive dialog.
   • Verify that the Change Reason field is now yellow (mandatory). Open IMFOS screen.
