SET CHANGE REASON OBJECT SECURITY#

1. Focus to function, MMDCH, ‘Date Sensitive Dialog’.
2. Add new object security record for MVRD.DCR_ID.
3. Set security access to ‘Mandatory’.
4. Set desired user or role.Set Change Reason Object Security_01.jpg
5. Save.
6. Restart the Personality application to ensure object security changes are applied.
7. Verify that the ‘Change Reason’ field in the Date Sensitive Dialog is now mandatory.
   • Open IEAS.
   • Make date-sensitive change.
   • Save to display date sensitive dialog.
   • Verify that the Change Reason field is now yellow (mandatory). Open IMFOS screen.Set Change Reason Object Security_02.jpg
