!Used to define School Districts types used in the Pennsylvania PSD tax process.  
Lexicon field in the table [P2K_CM_SCHOOL_DISTRICTS]. Note that this field is not included in the default [IDSD] field. A copy should be made of IDSD and this field then added using IMFD.

The lexicon, X_SCHOOL_DISTRICT_TYPE, has two values:
* School Code
* PA PSD Code
