!!USWS - SCALE BASE DATE

This date field will determine which effective date Scale Wage Rate the wage rate change will use to calculate the new wage rate. Some clients will use a wage rate other than the most recent to apply a wage rate change to and this date field will allow for that option.
\\
\\
;Blank Field:	This will apply the wage rate change to the last effective date record and use this wage rate for the new updated scale wage rate.
\\
\\
;Date Entered:	The wage rate change will be applied to the wage rate that is associated with the entered date. The result will be added to the current wage rate.
