Some clients will use a wage rate other than the most recent to apply a wage rate change to and this date field will allow for that option. \\ \\ ;Blank Field: This will apply the wage rate change to the last effective date record and use this wage rate for the new updated scale wage rate. \\ \\ ;Date Entered: The wage rate change will be applied to the wage rate that is associated with the entered date.
