Monthly Time Schedule #
The Monthly Time Schedule (RTMS) report is used to produce an employee schedule for a 28 day time frame.
If an employee is on a leave and coded with a “Time Exception Type” of “Away From Post”, the Time Code will appear for that employee on that specific date on the schedule. For example an employee “Away from Post” with a time code of Vacation, the report will display 'Vacation' for that employee on that day.

Entity | Mandatory, LOV Available. This field identifies the entity the report is to be produced for. |
Scheduled Start Date | Mandatory, Date, LOV Available. This field identifies the first date of schedule. |
Scheduled End Date | Mandatory, Date, LOV Available. This field identifies the last date of schedule. |
Show Start/End Times | Optional, LOV available, <YES/NO> If YES, the report will show the start and end times. |
Show Shift Code | Optional, LOV available If YES, the report will identify the shift. |
Show Shift Description | Optional, LOV available If YES, the report will provide a description of the shift. |
Show Job | Optional, LOV available If YES, the job title is display on the report. |
User Comment | Optional, Text Manually entered text that will be printed in the report header. |

Work Division | Optional, Multiple, and LOV available. This field will limit the report to the work divisions selected here. |
Work Area | Optional, Multiple, and LOV available. This field will limit the report to the work areas selected here. |
Work Station | Optional, Multiple, and LOV available. This field will limit the report to the work stations selected here. e.g. If only workstation A is selected, but an employee is scheduled in both workstation A and B, only the employee’s scheduled shifts in workstation A will appear on the report. However, if workstation A and B are selected, both the employee’s scheduled shifts will appear on the report. |
