Reporting tool: Windward only. Template type: Excel template. Note: Excel 2007 format is only supported (xlsx). The following requirements have been addressed: The report criteria options are: • Entity • Start Date • End Date • Show start/end times Yes/No • Show Shift Code Yes/No • Show Shift Description Yes/No

Start and End date will dictate the length of the report. If the user enters a 28-day timeframe, then the report should format for 28 days. ( 28 days fits on to a 8.5 x 14 landscape as below).

  • The report should display all scheduled shifts as defined in the report criteria for the workstations selected in the report .
  • If an employee is on a leave and coded with a “Time Exception Type” of “Away From Post”, the Time Code should appear for that employee on that specific date on the schedule. For example an employee “Away from Post” with a time code of Vacation should display as Vacation for that employee on that day.
  • The report could be multiple pages in length.
  • The entire width of the report should print on legal paper with landscape orientation displaying all 28-days as selected in the report criteria.
  • If the user selects only workstation # 1 in the report criteria and the employee is scheduled in both workstation # 1 and # 2, only the employee’s scheduled shifts in workstation # 1 should appear on the report. However, if the user selects both workstation # 1 and workstation # 2, the employee’s scheduled shifts in both workstations should appear on the report.
  • With Windward version 7.x there are known issues with the formatting of the Excel template. This will be corrected with future release of Windward. The user may have to open the program in Excel and format prior to printing.
