The Monthly Time Schedule (RTMS) report is used to produce an employee schedule for a 28 day time frame.
If an employee is on a leave and coded with a “Time Exception Type” of “Away From Post”, the Time Code will appear for that employee on that specific date on the schedule. For example an employee “Away from Post” with a time code of Vacation, the report will display 'Vacation' for that employee on that day.
