PUBLISH REQUISITIONS/POSTINGS#

The List Posting (RRPO) screen allows you to publish a list of all requisitions and postings for the entity.

Report Parameters
Show Posting Details	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If YES, the details of the postings will be published.
Show Jon Profile	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If YES, the job profiles associated with the postings will be published.
Show Recruiting Cost	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If YES, the report will show the recruiting costs associated with the posting(s).
Show Recruiters	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If YES, the report will show the recruiters associated with the posting(s).
Show Candidates	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If YES, the report will show the candidates who applied for the posting(s).
Include Filled Postings	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If this field is YES, the report will include filled postings.
Include Closed Postings	Mandatory, LOV available, <YES> If this field is YES, the report will include closed postings.

Report Filters
Entity	Mandatory, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> The report will be limited to postings from entities) identified in this field.
Posting	Mandatory, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> This field will allow you to specify which posting they would like printed on this report.
Status	Mandatory, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> Only postings with the posting standing(s) indicated field will be generated.
Source	Mandatory, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> Only those postings coming from the sources indicated in this field will be published.
Type	Mandatory, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> This field allows you to request that only those postings with the specified type(s) appear on the report.
Department	Mandatory, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> You may indicate in this field that the report only publish postings for specified departments.
Location	Mandatory, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> You may indicate in this field that the report should only publish postings in the specified locations.
