Applicant flow reports provide statistics that the company can use to comply with their government’s affirmative action reporting requirements. These reports track the number of invites, interviews, offers, accepts, rejects and hires by ethnic and gender breakdowns and by job classification.\\

The List of Recruiting Statistics (RRAN) screen allows you to publish a list of applicants either in full detail or listed by various criteria upon request.

|Entity|Optional, LOV available\\This field allows you define the entity for which this report should be generated
|From Date|Mandatory, Date, LOV available\\This field allows you to specify that the records must be as of the date specified
|To Date|Mandatory, Date, LOV available\\This field allows you to specify that the records must up until the date specified.
