The Produce W2 Forms (RPT4ANR) report will print a list of of W2 forms.

||Report Parameters||
|EE/ER Copy|Optional,[EE/ER Copy|X_W2_COPY] lexicon available\\This field lets you indicate if the employee or employer are to receive a copy of the W2 form.
|Show Form|Optional,[Yes or No|X_YES_NO] lexicon available\\If <YES>, the report will show the W2 form.
|Employment Type|Optional,[Employment Type|X_W2_EMPLOYMENT_TYPE] lexicon available\\This field lets you indicate the employee type .
|State|Optional, LOV available\\This field lets you indicate the state for the report.
|Reissued/Corrected|Optional, Text
|Exception Level|Optional,[Trace Level|X_TRACE_LEVEL] lexicon available.\\This field defines the exception level (report messages) required.
|Test Form Set-up|Optional,[Yes or No|X_YES_NO] lexicon available\\If <YES>, the report will test the form setup.
|User Comment|Optional, Text\\This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.


||Report Parameters\\(*Oracle Report Only)||
|Directory Name(*)|Optional, Text\\This field asks you to enter a valid Directory and Folder name that contains the XML file, e.g. C:\temp
|XML File Name(*)|Optional, Text\\This field asks you to enter the XML File name generated by RPYEU, e.g. W2_mex.xml
|Print W2 Form|Optional [Print W2 Form|X_W2_PRINT] lexicon available\\This field lets you indicate how the W2 form is to be printed.
|EE Instr on Back|Optional,[Yes or No|X_YES_NO], Lexicon available\\If <Yes> then the employee instructions will be printed on the back of the form.
|Adjust Top Margin(*)|Optional [Adjust Top Margin|X_TOP_MARGIN_ADJ] lexicon available\\This field allows you to adjust the top margin by a selected size.
|Between Form(*)|Optional [Between Form|X_BTWN_FORM_SPACE], Lexicon available\\This field allows you to define the amount of space between forms.
|Show Frame(*)|Optional,[Yes or No|X_YES_NO], Lexicon available\\If <Yes> then the frame will be displayed on the report.

||Report Filters||
|GVT Run (WW only)|Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available\\This field limits the report to the specified GVT runs.
|Person|Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available\\This field limits the report to the specified people.
