LIST EMPLOYEE TIME SHEETS#

Processing Information#

The List employee time sheets report (RPTS) allows the user to print summarized Employee Time Sheets Details.

The report data feed are time sheets, that is determined based on the time frame provided on the report, along with other filter criteria defined on the report filters. The report time frame may not match totals time frame if the report time frame does not much the time sheet time frame.

The time sheet selection is based on pay period WEEK_END_DATE or PAY_PERIOD_START_DATE or PAY_PERIOD_END_DATE that fall between From/To dates provided on the report.

The report has totals by Entities, Departments, Pay Periods, Time Sheet, and different type of Time Codes (Regular + Overtime, Regular, Overtime, Leave and Others).

Regular total includes all the time codes that have time type Regular.
Overtime total includes all the time codes that have time type Excess, Overtime, Banked OT Earned.
Leave total includes all the time codes that have time type Leave, Banked OT Taken.
Other total includes all the time codes that have time type No Show/Late, Lunch/Breaks, Premium/Special, Call In, Guaranteed, Meal Allowance.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
FromDate, LOV Available.
This is the date from which the information will be collected.
ToDate, LOV Available.
This is the date untill which the information will be collected.
CommentOptional, Text.
This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

Report Filters
Include StatusesOptional, Multiple Selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the status of the time sheet selected..
PersonOptional, Multiple Selection available, LOV available.
This field will limit the report to the people selected.
Entity Optional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the entity listed.
Location Optional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the locations selected.
Auth Area Optional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the authorization area selected.
Department Optional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the departments selected.
Org Level Type Optional, Lexicon available.
This will limit the report to the organization level type selected.
Note: Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels

This will limit the report to the organization levels selected.
UnitOptional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the units selected.
GroupOptional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the groups selected.
Payroll Optional, Multiple Selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the payrolls selected.
Job Optional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the jobs selected.
PositionOptional, Multiple selection available, LOV available.
This will limit the report to the positions selected.
Pay Type Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available.
This will limit the report to the pay types selected.
