T4A FORMS#
The T4A Forms (RPT4A) report will print a list of of T4A forms.

| Print T4A Copy | Mandatory, Print T4A Copy lexicon available. |
| Exception Level | Optional,Trace Level lexicon available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required. |
| Duplicate/Amended | Optional, Text |
| Test Form Set-up | Optional,Yes or No lexicon available If <YES>, the report will test the form setup. |
| Show T4A Form | Optional,Yes or No lexicon available If <YES>, the report will show the T4 form. |
| Trial Print Only | Optional,Yes or No lexicon available If <YES>, the report will be printed in trial form. |
| User Comment | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report |

| Directory Name(*) | Optional, Text This field asks you to enter a valid Directory and Folder name that contains the XML file, e.g. C:\temp |
| XML File Name(*) | Optional, Text This field asks you to enter the XML File name generated by RPYEU, e.g. W2_mex.xml |
| Slips Per Segment | Optional, Text This field allows you to define how many slips per segment should be with the report. |
| Adjust Top Margin(*) | Optional Adjust Top Margin, Lexicon available This field allows you to adjust the top margin by a selected size. |
| Between Form(*) | Optional Between Form, Lexicon available This field allows you to define the amount of space between forms. |
| Show Frame(*) | Optional,Yes or No, Lexicon available If <Yes> then the frame will be displayed on the report. |
