RELEVE 2 FORMS#
The RPRL2 process will print the Releve 2 forms.
Report Parameters
| Field | Description |

| Print RL2 Copy | Defines if the Employer or Employee copy will be printed. Select 01 for the Employer copy. Select 02 for the Employee copy. Mandatory, Print RL2 Copy lexicon available. |
| Exception Level | Defines the level of detail on the exception report. Users shold always run with this field set to 'Exceptions Only', unless required for tracing. Optional, Trace Level lexicon available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required. |
| Duplicate/Amended | Defines if this is a 'Duplicate' or 'Amended' run.//Optional, Text |
| Test Form Set-up | Allows users to test their printer set up prior to running the actual RL-2 slips. Optional,Yes or No lexicon available If <YES>, the report will test the form setup. |
| Show RL2 Form | Allows users to print RL-2 slips with the form setup lines. When running RPRL2 for the actual form printing, DO NOT set this toggle to Yes. Optional,Yes or No lexicon available If set to YES, RPRL2 will print the Releve2 Form image on the background for users to view the Releve2 information. The downloaded Releve 2 Form is for viewing and testing purposes only and should not be used to submit to the government or distribute to the employees. Users must print the Releve 2 on the pre-printed forms as they contain the correct wording printed on the back of the form. |
| Trial Print Only | When set to Yes, users can print RL-2 slips for verification. Optional,Yes or No lexicon available When set to NO, RPRL2 updates the Gvt Headers Govt Print Stage of the run. |

| Adjust Top Margin(*) | Defines the adjustment spacing for the Top Margin when printing the RL-2 slip. Optional Adjust Top Margin, Lexicon available |
| Between Form(*) | Defines the adjustment spacing between RL-2 slips that are printed on the same page. Optional Between Form, Lexicon available |
| Show Frame(*) | Allows users to print RL-2 slips with the form setup lines. When running RPRL2 for the actual form printing, DO NOT set this toggle to Yes. Optional,Yes or No, Lexicon available |
Report Filters
| Field | Description |

| Person Code | Person Code of the employee being tested with. Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available. |
| GVT Run (WW only) | Mandatory when running Windward Reports only. Defines the GVT Run number to extract the data and produce the RL-2 slips. Multiple selection and LOV available. |
