NR4 FORMS#
The NR4 Forms (RPNR4W) report will print a list of NR4 forms. This function generates the report as a Windward report.

| Include Back Inforamtion | Optional Yes or No | X_YES_NO] lexicon available If <YES>, the report will print the information from the back of the NR4. |
