The Journal Entries By Employee (RPAERS) report will print a list of of journal entries listed by employee.

Entity | Optional,LOV Available This field allows you to chose the entity for which the report is being printed. |
Payroll | Optional,LOV Available This field allows you to chose the entity for which the report is being printed. |
From/Up To Fiscal Period | Optional, LOV Available These fields indicate the fiscal period represented in the report. |
From/To Pay Issue Date | Optional,Date, LOV Available These fields indicate the dates represented in the report. |
Print in Detail | Optional,Yes or No, Lexicon available If <Yes> then the journal entry details will be displayed on the report, otherwise no details will display on the report. |
Column 1 Element | Optional, LOV Available If Column1 Element is not specified, then the DR amount is printed. |
Column 2 Element | Optional, LOV Available If Column2 Element is not specified, then the CR amount is printed |
Exception Level | Optional,Trace Level, Lexicon available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required. |
User Comment | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. |
