LIST BATCHES#

You may wish to print out a listing of the batches and their stages.

This section explains the List Batches report and its associated fields.

You may access this feature under the Reports/Updates menu: Payroll > List Batches

Report Parameters
Entity	Mandatory, LOV available
Include Eligible	Mandatory, LOV available Not Eligible or Eligible or Both
Include Balanced	Optional, LOV available Not Balanced or Balanced or Both
Include Audited	Mandatory, LOV available Not Audited or Audited or Both
As Of	Mandatory, date, LOV available

Report List Filters
Payroll	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available
User Name	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available
Batch Number	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available
