| Entity | Mandatory, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> The job profile(s) displayed on the report will only come from the entities) identified in this field. |
| Job Profile | Mandatory, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available, <ALL> This field allows you to indicate which job profile(s) should appear on the report. |
| Status | Mandatory, Multiple Selections, LOV available, <ALL> This field allows you to request that only those job profiles with the specified status(es) appear on the report. |
