Location | Optional, LOV Available This field indicates the location the report for which the report is being printed. |
Payroll | Optional, LOV Available This field indicates the payroll the report for which the report is being printed. |
Pay Period | Mandatory, LOV Available This field indicates the pay period the report for which the report is being printed. |
Payment Type | Mandatory, LOV Available This field indicates the payment type. |
Gross Amount | Mandatory, LOV Available This field indicates the gross amount. |
Withheld Amount | Mandatory, LOV Available This field indicates the amount withheld. |
State WH Amount | Mandatory, LOV Available This field indicates the state WH amount |
File Directory | Text, Mandatory, Manual This field defines the location of the three files necessary for import into EECRS (employee.txt, term.txt, promo.txt). Note that this directory is data base server-centric (i.e. the data base server process must be able to write to this directory) |
