PRINT MY W2 FORM#
Processing Information#
The REW2 report allows an employee to print their W2 form for the current year, as well as past years, through self service.NOTE: As of the 5.04.00 release of software, all employees are able to receive their W2 forms through Self Service. If an organization wants to allow only those employees who have given consent to have access to electronic W2 forms, then the Preference SS_REW2(System_Preference) needs to be setup with a value of 'No'. | Reporting Year | Format of YYYY This field allows users to select the year the W2 information will be printed for. |
| W2 Copy | Copy B - Federal Copy Copy C - Employee Copy Copy 2 - State, City or Local Copy |
| Mask SSN | Yes or No lexicons available, with default set to No, so the SSN will print in full on the form. When set to YES, the W2 form will mask the SSN. Asterisks '*' will be put in all positions, except the last 4 digits - will print as ‘***-**-1234’. |
