REVIEW METHOD is an optional field which indicates the method used to review the employee.
X_REVIEW_METHOD is a fixed lexicon with the following values:
| Saved Value | Displayed Value | |
|---|---|---|
| 00 | No Formal Method | No formal, known method is used. Either the company chooses to use an in-house method or does not wish to indicate a method here. |
| 01 | Point System | A point system has been used |
| 02 | Subjective Rating | Subjective ratings only have been used |
