Processing Information#

The Employee Transfers and Promotions Report (RETPW) report allows you produce a report on employee transfers and promotions.

This report will include employees that have had at lesat one of the following changes on their assignment record

• Department
• Group
• Job
• Position
• Salary Range
• Scale Step
• Wage Rate

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
From Date	Date, LOV Available This field will identify the date from which the information will be reported.
To Date	Date, LOV Available This field will identify the date up to which the information will be reported.
Sort People by	Mandatory, LOV Available This field will indicate how the people information will be sorted. Person Code, Last Name, Government Code, Employment Type, Hire Date
User Comment	Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

Report Filters
Entity	Optional, LOV Available This field limits the report to the single entity selected.
Location	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the locations selected
Auth Area	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the authorization areas selected
Department	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the departments selected.
Org Level Type	Optional, Lexicon Available This will limit the report to the organization level type selected. Note:Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels.
Org Level	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the organization levels selected.
Unit	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the units selected
Group	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the groups selected
Payroll	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the payrolls selected
Job	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the jobs selected.
Position	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the positions selected.
Employment Type	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the employment types selected.
Assignment Type	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the assignment types selected.
Pay Type	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the pay types selected.
