REQUIRES_TIME_SHEET is an optional toggle field that indicates that the employee must complete a time sheet for their position. 

If the Generate Scheduled Shifts and Time Sheets [UEGTS] form has the By Assignment set to 'Yes', it will create a time sheet for the prime assignment based upon the work rule set up on the employee's assignment. [UEGTS] will then review the non-prime assignments and if the Requires Time Sheet toggle is checked on [IEAS], [UEGTS] will then create a times Sheet based upon the work rule setup in effect on that date for that assignment.

To recreate the former Prime Only parameter on [UEGTS], run as 'By Assignment' and do not select 'Requires Time Sheet' on any non-prime time sheets.

If the Generate Scheduled Shifts and Time Sheets [UEGTS] form has the By Assignment set to 'No', it will run the report by employment. Running by employment will create a single time sheet on which, time will be created for all non-ended assignments based upon the work rule in effect on the date run for for that employee, regardless if the Requires Time Sheet toggle is on or off.
