REMIT_BASIS is a mandatory fixed lexicon which is the unit of measure in which remittances are stored and sent.
X_RATE_BASIS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 03 | SM | Semi-monthly |
| 04 | BW | Bi-weekly |
| 05 | WK | Weekly |

| 07 | HR | Hourly |
| 08 | UN | Unit |
| 09 | CT | Contract - Normally used for Premiums not Pay Lines |
| 10 | CL | Contract Limit - Normally used for Premiums not Pay Lines |
